Cacao Ceremony + Tarot
Cacao Ceremony + Tarot
Tarot + Cacao
With Julia Corbett and Mary Grisey
Where :: Topanga, CA at Moonastar
When :: February 22nd 6-8pm
Please join Julia and Mary in this immersive experience of the tarot and cacao where we will journey through sipping cacao, a soothing meditation and receive messages from our Higher Self and Spirit Guides. Julia will initiate the medicine journey with cacao infused with neroli from Ojai, and Mary will guide everyone through an immersive meditation where we will drop into a relaxed state of consciousness. Mary will then channel Spirit messages by pulling a personalized tarot card for all participants. As the cacao enters your body, this will allow for a soulful opening to arise and alchemize into awareness so that you may move forward on your soul’s journey with more clarity and purpose.
*Water and tea will be provided along with light snacks.
*Bring a journal to write in if you choose.
Mary Grisey is a clairvoyant tarot reader and visual artist based out of Los Angeles, California. She has been working with the tarot for 15 years and draws from a variety of esoteric systems including astrology, mediumship, reiki, core shamanism and clairvoyance to conduct her readings and teachings. She has been connected to the unseen world ever since she can remember and works closely with her Spirit guide, Ruth. During her sessions, Mary channels her client's ancestors, Spirit Guides and loved ones. Her psychic approach is heart-centered, therapeutic and always in the highest good of the client. Her fine art background provides a unique approach to her readings and teachings as they tend to foster creativity, inventiveness and imagination.
Julia Corbett is a cacao alchemist and cosmic photographer based in Ojai, California. She has been working with cacao for the past 10 years, starting her journey planting cacao trees in Kauai, working as a plant based chef for many years, and then creating a chocolate company called Dessert Medicine. Cacao Ceremony has been a part of her life for the last three years, working more intentionally with the plant to listen to what this feminine plant spirit has to offer. Another practice that weaves into an intentional way of life is through her self portraiture, where she is deeply self reflective and evokes a dreamlike presence with her work. Its all a journey into self love and opening the heart to greater awareness of the beauty in life, and our role as healers to hold space for this Love to blossom.
